yj2 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users who access or use the yj2 online gaming platform, including the website, any mobile-optimised browser versions, and all associated services offered through the yj2 domain. By completing registration, making a deposit, or simply using the platform in any capacity, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using yj2 and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside yj2's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between yj2 and its users. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any specific promotional terms or bonus conditions published on the platform at a given time, the specific promotional terms will take precedence for the matter to which they relate, while these Terms govern all other aspects of the relationship.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with yj2, and to be eligible to participate in any gaming activity on the platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from within Bangladesh or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by yj2 for violations of these Terms.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not intended to mislead yj2 or facilitate fraudulent activity.

yj2 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure and the forfeiture of any pending balances pending resolution of the verification matter.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each user is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) yj2 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same Bangladesh mobile number, the same device, or the same household — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held across those accounts.

yj2 reserves the right to close inactive accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more — after providing reasonable notice to the registered mobile number. Any account balance remaining at the time of closure due to inactivity will be handled in accordance with yj2's internal dormancy procedure, which prioritises the return of verifiable player funds.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on yj2 — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus credits — are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). yj2 does not process transactions in foreign currencies. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No maximum deposit limit is imposed at the platform level, though individual payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) may impose their own transaction limits.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. yj2 does not process withdrawals to a different payment method than the one used for the originating deposit.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are within minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to one (1) business day for bank transfers (BRAC Bank, City Bank), subject to the relevant provider's own processing schedules.
• yj2 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, resolution of a pending bonus wagering requirement, or investigation of a suspected breach of these Terms.
• Deposits made through payment methods that are subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise not legitimately controlled by the account holder will result in immediate account suspension and full cooperation with any relevant investigation.

yj2 does not charge transaction fees on deposits. Withdrawal fees, if any, will be clearly disclosed prior to confirmation of the withdrawal request. Any fees charged by a player's bank or mobile financial service provider in connection with yj2 transactions are the sole responsibility of the player and are outside yj2's control.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

yj2 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, deposit matches, cashback, or other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Bonuses are awarded to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to receive, hold, or convert bonus funds.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms. The wagering requirement, the eligible games, and the time window for completion will be specified in the individual offer.
• Bonus funds that are not converted to withdrawable cash within the specified timeframe will expire automatically. Expired bonus funds are non-recoverable.
• A player may only benefit from a specific welcome bonus or first-deposit promotion once. Any attempt to claim a first-deposit bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• yj2 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend the terms of an active promotion, or void bonus funds where evidence of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of a bonus structure is detected.

Nothing in these Terms obliges yj2 to offer any specific bonus or promotional reward to any particular player. Bonus availability may vary based on account status, deposit history, location, and other factors at yj2's sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

yj2 operates as a fair and secure online gaming platform. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds as appropriate:

• Registering or operating multiple accounts for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with yj2 games, sports betting markets, or account management functions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market, including chip-dumping in poker or match-fixing in sports betting.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using yj2 as a conduit for money laundering or other financial crimes.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or glitches in games or the platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error must be reported to yj2 and will be voided.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity or payment method without their authorisation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the yj2 platform — including but not limited to the yj2 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of yj2 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest or licence to use yj2's intellectual property other than the limited right to access and use the platform for its intended purpose as a registered user.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the yj2 platform without yj2's prior written consent. Unauthorised use of yj2's intellectual property may constitute an infringement actionable under applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yj2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of business, or any other financial loss — even if yj2 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. yj2's total aggregate liability to any individual user for direct damages shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

yj2 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. yj2 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where practicable.

9. Responsible Gaming

yj2 is committed to operating as a responsible online gaming platform. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity. yj2 provides the following tools to help players remain in control of their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly caps configurable from your account settings).
• Session time reminders and play-time limits to help you track how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-exclusion options allowing you to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from yj2 for a period of your choosing, accessible through account settings or by contacting support.
• Account cooling-off periods, which restrict access to the platform for a defined period without requiring full self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed by yj2 for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period.

You may close your yj2 account at any time by contacting yj2 support. Upon account closure at your request, any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements attached to active bonus funds. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of voluntary account closure will be forfeited.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which yj2 operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, yj2 encourages users to contact support in the first instance with a clear description of the issue. yj2 aims to resolve all player disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with yj2 support, you may escalate the matter through available formal dispute resolution channels. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

yj2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, yj2 will provide notice to registered users via the platform or by communication to the registered mobile number or email address associated with the account. The effective date of any amended Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the updated document.

Your continued use of yj2 following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using yj2 and may close your account as described in Section 10.
